The 3-months long excruciating wait for the 250-odd Indians in the USA has finally ended as they arrive in Shamshabad airport today. All the passengers have been shifted to Novotel hotel for quarantine.

Thanks to the relentless efforts of NRI Ravi Puli of US-India Solidarity Mission in the US, these men could finally reach back their homeland. They got stuck in the US due to global Covid lockdown in the March last.

The passengers first arrived in Doha in Saudi Arabia by 3 Qatar Airways planes from Chicago, New York and Dallas arranged by the US-India Solidarity Mission from where they arrived in Shamshabad airport by the same flights.

Emotional scenes were witnessed at the airport soon after the passengers arrived into the passengers’ lobby as their friends and relatives welcomed them.
