Chief Minister Chandrasekhar Rao has allowed all shops and establishments to be opened in the state except in containment areas, especially in Hyderabad. RTC buses, however, will be operated throughout the state except in Hyderabad city while adhering strictly to the covid19 regulations.
Announcing the decisions of the Cabinet here at Pragati Bhavan today, CM KCR said that the inter-state RTC services will not be allowed till this month-end. The buses that are coming from districts will not be allowed to enter the city. They will be stopped on the outskirts he said. Autos and cars will be allowed to ply in the city from tomorrow. “But adhering to the regulations is mandatory. Violators will be punished”, he announced adding that all these relaxations are not applicable to the containment zones.
Factories, shops, establishments including haircut saloons etc will be opened from today under the condition that they adhere to the covid19 regulations such as using face masks and physical distancing. “If anyone found to have not wearing face masks will be penalised with Rs 1000”, he declared while adding that night curfew would be in vogue as usual from 7 pm to 7 am in the state till this month end up to May 31st.
All religious activities including establishments like temples mosques, churches, will remain closed in addition to the cinema halls, malls, multiplexes, educational institutions, etc. The government will not allow any kind of gatherings such as public meetings, political or non-political, dharnas, protest etc. are all
