AP brings middle class under Aarogyasri coverage


Never in the history, middle-class families have got the biggest relief in Andhra Pradesh with the YS Jaganmohan Reddy government extending the Aarogyasree medical facility to all those having an annual income of below 5 lakh. 

Revealing this during an annual budget presentation in Assembly for the year 2019-20, the Finance Minister Buggana Rajender said most of the middle class will be covered under the scheme which will cover all medical cases above Rs1000 cost. The super speciality hospitals in Chennai, Bangalore and Hyderabad will be brought under the purview of Aarogyasree Network hospitals for the benefit of people residing in the border districts adjoining Telangana and Karnataka, respectively.
