Are TS cops discriminate leaders in allowing them to garland Ambedkar?

Telangana police have the dubious distinction of exhibiting partiality towards the ruling political parties while discriminating the opposition. This incident seems to be proving the point wherein cops have registered a case against the Congress leader VH for garlanding Dr BR Ambedkar statue at Tank Bund in the city this morning on the charges of violating lockdown norms.

However, they remained mute spectators to the Minister Harish Rao who with his entourage had garlanded the statue of Dr BR Ambedkar in Gajwel near Siddipet today. Though they seem to have maintained social distance, violation of lockdown norms have not been made applicable to them.

This is no less than political discrimination, say people who sharply react to the incident comparing both the incident. There are few more reports that many ruling party leaders have garlanded the Ambedkar Statues in a similar fashion violating the lockdown norms.
