Chandrababu to resign as Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh today


Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Nara Chandra Babu Naidu is set to tender his resignation as Chief Minister following the debacle of his historical Telugu Desam Party (TDP) in the election results today. He is likely to meet the Governor ESL Narasimhan today anytime from now and hand over the resignation. 

His party which ruled the state for 5 years since 2014 had to lose to the opposition YSRC party which as of now is leading in more than 145 assembly segment in Andhra Pradesh besides 22 parliament seats out of 25.
