CM postpones SSC exams statewide

Not satisfied with the High Court’s ruling, the state government understood to have decided to postpone the SSC examinations scheduled to be held from June 8 statewide.

A decision to this effect has reportedly been taken at a high-level meeting chaired by the Chief Minister Chandrasekhar Rao late in the night today following the court order exempting the Hyderabad and Ranga Reddy districts to conduct the examinations.

According to the Minister for Education Sabita Indra Reddy, the CM said to have felt that it is difficult to hold exams twice. Hence, opted for the complete postponement throughout the state.
