CM says lockdown successful, urges people to continue with same spirit

Chief Minister Chandrashekhar Rao said that the Lock-down is being successfully implemented all over the State and instructed the officials to ensure that it should continue to be so in the days to come.

The CM while reviewing the implementation of the Lockdown on the second day on Tuesday from morning to till late in the night in Pragathi Bhavan urged the people to follow the Lock-down compulsorily as social distancing was the only way to prevent the spread of Corona Virus in the State. CM spoke over the phone to Police, Medical and Health senior officials and several district Collectors asking them to keep a tab on the people who came from aboard and those moved intimately with them and monitor their health condition. He wanted precautions should also be taken about those got admitted in the hospitals and those who are under the quarantine.

The CM expressed happiness over the successful implementation of the Lock-down in the state and the night curfew. The CM gave a call to the people that if they continue to extend their support to the government and maintain social distancing, the State and the country can be saved from the dreaded Corona Virus. He urged the people who have the early symptoms to get them examined. The CM also congratulated the medical and Health employees, sanitary workers and the police who are toiling day and night.
