Complete online updations of properties in 15 days: CM tells officials

Contrary to the much expectations created on Dharni Portal, interestingly, the front page of the same exhibits the Last Updated as 24-12-2019.

Chief Minister Chandrashekhar Rao has instructed the officials concerned to register houses, plots, apartment Flats and other non-agriculture properties of people, in rural and urban areas, which have not yet registered online so far should be completed within 15 days.


The CM on Tuesday was reviewing the designing of Dharani Portal as part of the implementation of the new Revenue Act, here at Pragathi Bhavan today. The CM suggested that officers from all levels in Panchayat Raj and Municipal departments should cent per cent register online all the properties, which are not registered online before the Dharani Portal becomes available for registering land transactions.

The CM instructed that the municipal officials, officials from district, Mandal, village Panchayats should quickly complete the online registration of the properties. He also suggested to speed up the process, a coordination meeting with DPAs and MPOs should be held. The CM urged the officials to give total information to the people to help them register their properties online. The CM also suggested to officials to take the necessary caution to make the maintenance of land records cent per cent transparent through the Dharani Portal. This is precisely the aim of launching the Dharani Portal.

The CM said besides the process of online registrations, flying squads should be formed to undertake surprise checks on how the Vaikunta Dhams are being constructed in the villages, creation of the dump yards, distribution of six saplings to each house under Haritha Haram programme, how the tractors purchased by the Panchayats to transport garbage from houses and villages were put to use etc.

The Government’s Chief Advisor Rajiv Sharma, Chief Secretary Somesh Kumar, Rythu Bandhu Samithi State President Palla Rajeshwar Reddy, CMO higher officials Narsing Rao, Smita Sabharwal, MAUD Principal Secretary Arvind Kumar, Panchayat Raj secretary Sandeep Kumar Sultania, Municipal Director Satyanarayana participated.

When the Dharnai portal was checked, except for the Vikarabad district, no other district had appeared indicating that the uploading of the existing land records has just started. Notably, the front page of portal exhibits the Last Updated date as 24-12-2019.
