As expected, the Congress high command has approved the candidature of Cheruku Sudhakar as the contestant in Dubbaka bypolls on behalf of the Telangana Congress party.
Subsequently, Cheruku Sudhakar is set to file his nomination soon. Uttam Kumar Reddy is likely to hand over B-Form to Sudhakar.
