In what can be called as good news to the family, fans, and scores of well-wishers, the noted singer Bala Subramanyam has been tested negative for coronavirus.
The MGM hospital sources also confirmed this where Balu is undergoing treatment since August 3. He was shifted to ICU and was put on ventilator support since August 13 after his health deteriorated.
Surprisingly, last night also the hospital in its medical bulletin announced that the health condition of Balu continued to be critical. But this morning, sources said he began to respond to the treatment. Indeed good news.
In an evening bulletin released today, the MGM hospital doctors said Balasubramanyam condition is stable but continued to be on a ventilator. This was revealed by none other than the son of Bala Subramanyam. Meanwhile, Balu’s son SP Charan denied the reports that his father was tested negative. He said ‘Whether negative or positive, there is no change in his health condition. He is continued to be on Ventilator and ECMO support’ and appealed not to spread rumours about father’s health. “I am as it is sharing the news with you from time to time as I am the only one to receive any news first from the doctors”, he said
