HC extends lockdown measures till June 30


The High Court has suspended all its activities in sub-ordinate courts and tribunals till June 30th following the spike in the number of Corona cases in the state.

According to a notification issued here today, all the judicial officers in the state were instructed to take up the hearing of cases ripen for disposal through video conferencing in addition to urgent civil, criminal and family matters.

The order also stated that all the units including Hyderabad and Ranga Reddy district courts to accept the filing of petitions both through online and offline (physical filing) by strictly following the Covid19 regulations of the state government such as maintaining social distancing, using face masks, sanitizers to clean body and the premises etc. without fail.
