The Meteorology Department has predicted Heatwave conditions to prevail on Saturday at Isolated pockets in the districts of Adilabad, Nizamabad, Jagtiyal, Mancherial, Karimnagar, Jayshankar Bhupalpalli, Mulugu, Mahabubabad, Bhadradri Kothagudem, Warangal Urband and Rural, Khammam, Nalgonda, SRP, Janagoan, KMR, MDCM and MBN of TS.
It said the thunderstorm accompanied by lightning and Gusty winds also to accompany with a speed of 30-40 KMPH is very likely to occur at isolated places over TS in the next 48 hours.
The Southwest Monsoon has further advanced into some parts of southwest and the southeast Arabian Sea and some more parts of Maldives Comorin area. Conditions are becoming favourable for further advance of Southwest Monsoon into some more parts of south Arabian Sea, MaldivesComorin area, southwest and the southeast Bay of Bengal during next 48 hours.
A Low-Pressure Area is very likely to form over southeast & adjoining east-central the Arabian Sea around 31st May. It is very likely to move northnorthwestwards and concentrate into a Depression over east-central & adjoining southeast Arabian Sea during the subsequent 72 hours. In view of the above, conditions are likely to become favourable for onset of Southwest Monsoon over Kerala around 1st June 2020.
The Well Marked Low-pressure area over Westcentral Arabian Sea with associated cyclonic circulation extending up to mid-tropospheric levels persists. It is very likely to concentrate into a depression over the same region during the next 24 hours and likely to intensify further thereafter.
