Kamal Hassan moves to Chennai HC against TN cops

Cine Star Kamal Hassan filed a petition in Madras High Court against the Tamil Nadu police for what he termed harassing him to repeat the scene of the accident wherein 3 persons of his unit members died after a crane collapsed during his ‘Indian-2’ shooting being directed by the ace director Shankar.

It may be recalled that Kamal announced a compensation of one Crore to the victims who died in the Indian-2 shooting last month. Chennai police registered a case against the Lyka productions the producers of the film and began to harass him demanding to reconstruct the scene of the offence. “This is highly objectionable”, he said in his petition which was accepted by the High Court.
