CM KCR is seen offering prayers to the Lord Ganesh on the first day of 9-day Ganesh festival at Pragati Bhavan today

The first day of the 9-day Vinayak Chaturthi festival took off on Saturday with much reverence and fanfare across the state amidst covid19 regulations.

The Chief Minister Chandrasekhar Rao celebrated the festival by offering puja to Lord Ganesha at a specially erected pandal at his official Pragathi Bhavan residence. KCR along with his wife Shobha, Son KT Rama Rao, daughter-in-law Shailima, grandson Himanshu and granddaughter Alekhya performed the puja amidst Vedic hymns by archakas.

A host of TRS leaders including Rajyasabha MP Joginpalli Santosh Kumar, Vice Chairman of Planning Commission Boyinpalli Vinod Kumar, MLC Palle Rajeshwar Reddy and other leaders were present on the occasion.
