Laxman thank PM for providing reservations to OBCs in Schools

The national President of the OBC Morcha of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Dr K Laxman thanked Prime Minister Narendra Modi for providing 27% reservations to the children belonging to Other Backward Classes (OBC) for admission into the Central Schools, Navodaya Schools and Sainik Schools across the country.

In a letter addressed to the Union Minister for Education Ramesh Pokriyal, the OBC Morcha leader said that as a result of the bold decision the Modi government had taken, over 60,000 to 70,000 children have been admitted to the above schools for the first time in the country.

He also handed over the letter to the Union Minister during his visit to Hyderabad for MLC election campaign.
