In an interesting political development in AP, noted film actor Naga Babu joined his younger brother Pawan Kalyan led Jana Sena Party today.

The Jana Sena Chief Pawan Kalyan declared that his brother Naga Babu would contest in Parliament elections from Narsapuram constituency in West Godavari district. Welcoming Naga Babu into his party, Pawan Kalyan called him as his political guru and said that his party is able to bring his family members into politics from the front door, unlike other parties who brought their family members from the backdoor.

He reportedly made the remark obviously referring to Lokesh of Telugu Desam who became the minister in AP after he was made MLC by his father Chandra Babu Naidu.

Meanwhile, the ruling TDP has already fielded Shivarama Raju as its candidate from Narasapuram while Raghurama Krishnam Raju is contesting on YSRCP ticket. In 2014, BJP candidate Gokaraju Ganga Raju won the seat and now with Janasena fielding Naga Babu as its candidate, it is expected that a triangle fight would take place in this constituency.
