‘Nenu Saitham’ Book released in Press Club

A noted writer and Doordarshan’s much-acclaimed anchor Oleti Paravateesham felt that literary works will always enhance mental peace and prosperity and always reflects writers’ not just perspective but his or her inner feelings towards the subject matter.

He was speaking after launching a book, Nenu Saitham written by a retired Bank employee Kotla Raja Kumar at a simple function organised by Global Axis Communications held in Press Club Hyderabad today. “Though it’s a first literary work of the writer, he proved that a banker who mostly deals with economics can also write poetry, he said.

The CEO of Global Axis Mohd Shareefuddin in his introductory remarks declared that the ‘Bhoomi Putra’ awards will be given away soon to encourage ryots engaged in the farming sector under which scientists and journalists will also be covered whose works are focussed on Agriculture. The programme will be held in August for which the entries have already been called for, he added. 

 

A poet and the dean of Telugu Department of Central University Sharath Jyotsna appreciated the writer for his keen observations made in the book and his attempt to motivate every single person especially the youth in discharging their duties towards their parents in particular and society at large.

The Chief Regional Manager of Indian Overseas Bank (IOB)  Ravichandran with whom the writer was associated with during his tenure, appreciated his keenness in literature and declared that his organisation felt proud of his works and wanted him to contribute more to the society in future since he had just retired

 

The Assistant General Manager of IOB Elangovan recollected how sincerely the author Kotla Rajakumar had executed his job responsibility during his tenure in service. “He has shown the same devotion and commitment equally now in writing the book”, Elangovan said and wished him all the best in his future endeavours.

Noted poet and first woman ghazal writer Gadwala Kiran Kumari appreciated the writer for dedicating his first work to the latter’s father Kotla Parvathalu who was also present in the meeting. She was happy that Rajkumar mostly focussed on the degenerating value systems in society and at the same time suggesting to follow the path of Dharma as a remedial measure.

The others who spoke on the occasion include senior film writer and Director Gopala Krishna, Senior Journalist and Editor of Maahyderabad.in Sridhar Dharmasanam, author of the book Kotla Rajkumar, Editor of Kala Patrika Mohd Rafi and Durga Rao from All India Radio. The CEO of Global Axis Communications Mohd Shareefuddin presided over the programme. Later all the guests were honoured with mementoes and shawls.
