The State Government has allowed the commencement of registration of non-agricultural properties in Telangana following an High Court permission of the same.
In a media note issued on Thursday, the Chief Secretary Somesh Kumar said that in view of the court orders, the registrations of non-agricultural properties would commence on Dharani portal with 100% slot booking in advance by making full payment of requisite fees and duties as determined by the software beginning today on Friday. He also instructed the Registration Department to enable the facility for slot booking on the Dharani portal to this effect.
However, the Registrations of transactions at Sub-Registrar offices are proposed to be commenced as per the slots allotted from December 14, 2020, onwards.
Only persons with valid slots should visit their respective Sub-Registrar Offices on the date and time allotted to them and no transactions or registrations would be possible without advance slot booking, the CS clarified.
