SEC rejects 68 nominations out of 1893 received, Withdrawals today

At least 68 nominations of those contesting in the ensuing GHMC elections has been rejected by the Returning Officers.

These nominations were rejected after the scrutiny of out of the total 1893 nominations received until the closing of the nomination process on Friday evening. The scrutiny was carried out on Saturday and today the final list of contestants in the fray would be released after the closing of withdrawals today by 3 pm.
