State will soon resume Sports activities: Jaganmohan Rao

Vice President, Handball Federation of India A Jaganmohan Rao is seen along with others in JN Sports Stadium in Warangal

Vice President of Handball Federation of India Jaganmohan Rao promised to extend all technical support needed by the District units to develop sports infrastructure in the state. He was here in Warangal today to inspect the works of synthetic track under progress in the Jawaharlal Nehru stadium here.


Accompanied by the Warangal District Handball coach Vishnu Vardhan, Chairman distinct Grandhalaya Samstha Mohd Ajeej Khan, Telangana Judo Secretary Kailash Yadav and State Athletic Coach Sarangapani and others, Jaganmohan Rao visited the grounds and instructed them to complete the track at the earliest.

Jagan said on the occasion that the sports activities in the state would pick up soon after the Covid pandemic ends. Hence, we are focussing on developing the infrastructure to meet future demand.

Telangana Handball association secretary Pavan Kumar and Kabbadi player Krishna Reddy were also present. Jaganmohan Rao was felicitated on the occasion.
