TMREIS students make a mark in JEE-Main, Girls outshine boys

In yet another major achievement, at least 14 students of the Telangana Minorities Residential Educational Institutions Society (TMREIS) Junior College have cracked the JEE (Mains) Examination with good percentile. This time also, the girls outshined the boys.

Secretary TMREIS Shafiullah said as part of the professional development programme, about 32 students of senior Intermediate of 12 Junior Colleges was groomed to crack the JEE (Mains) Exam by extensive coaching for preparation of JEE Exam free of cost.  A special Intensive Coaching Centre has established at TMR Junior College for boys at Barkas and TMR Junior College for girls at Ibrahimpatnam, where students were provided with all sort of facilities. 


Among the top scorers, Bojja Rohita Sree of TMRJC Ibrahimpatnam secured 89.2 percentile & Shaik Abdul Rahman of TMRJC Barkas secured 86.16 percentile. All the students belonged to very poor families.

Minister for Minorities Welfare KoppulaEshwar congratulated the successful aspirants of JEE Main. He lauded the Quality of Education and facilities extended to the students of TMREIS.

Advisor to Government AK Khan also congratulated students for their outstanding performance and lauded the commitment and dedication of Principals, teachers for their hard work in helping these students during amidst COVID-19 pandemic.
