TRS leader Godala Ranga Reddy from Suryapet is offering coconuts at Lingamanthula temple

In what can be called as a roll of reversal, an husband of a Corporator of ruling TRS party in Suryapet fulfilled his vow by breaking 101 coconuts at a temple not for the BJP win in Dubbaka Bypoll but for the loss of TRS.

You are mistaken if you think he is a BJP sympathiser. He is identified as Godala Ranga Reddy a former TDP Corporator in Suryapet town and has been an ardent supporter of TRS and grown as a state-level leader since its inception. His wife Godala Bharatamma won as a Corporator on TRS ticket recently. Vexed with internal wranglings within the party, he became inactive for some time now and recently he vowed to the Lingamanthula Swamy god that he would offer 101 coconuts if TRS loses in Dubbaka.

Accordingly, he fulfilled his vow by offering coconuts today at the temple. People wondered as to how could he make such a vow being within the party while the opposition leaders point out that this is a classic example of the discontentment prevailed among the ruling party leaders due to the working style of those at the helm of affairs.
