TS allows 400 AP employees to leave for Amaravathi tonight


At least 400 employees of the Andhra Pradesh State Government set to leave for Vijayawada tonight as the Telangana State government has accorded permission to all of them on the request of AP government.

All these AP government employees have been residing in Hyderabad since the bifurcation and got stranded due to lockdown and couldn’t attend to their duties since then. The AP Chief Secretary Neelam Sahney wrote a letter to the Telangana Chief Secretary Somesh Kumar seeking to permit her employees to cross the border by according covid transport passes following which 10 RTC buses have been arranged tonight to carry them from Kukatpally and LB Nagar Junctions up to Amaravathi.
