The results for the Telangana Education Common Entrance Test (TS ECET) 2020 has been announced. The download of Rank Cards will be available on the website http://ecet.tsche.ac.in from today at 4:00 PM.
According to the chairman of State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) and the Convenor of TS ECET-2020 Prof Papi Reddy, the task of conducting TS ECET – 2020 was assigned to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad (JNTUH) for which the Notification for TS ECET – 2020 was released on Feb 19, 2020, and the registration of applications have commenced from February 2020, through online mode.
Further, the Convenor said, the overall percentage of attendance is 90.86%. The details of a number of candidates Registered, Present and percentage of the present in Category wise and Specialization wise are given in table 1 & 2 hereunder.
The Question Paper consists of 200 multiple-choice questions. Utmost care was taken to prevent malpractice and cases of impersonation with the use of candidate-specific QP with jumbling of questions and options. Arrangements were made at Test Centers for capturing of Photographs of all candidates present appeared for the examination.
Awareness camps were conducted on June 25th and 26, 2020 in rural area Test Zones to appraise about the Computer Based Test to the candidates and other stakeholders. Mock Test was made available on Website to candidates for practising CBT, Prof Papi Reddy said.
Around 649 Invigilators per session, 62 Observers & 59 Chief Superintendents were drafted for TS ECET- 2020. Special Observers were appointed zone wise, he concluded.
