TSRTC to run 1150 special buses for Krishna Pushkaralu



Hyderabad: A sum of Five Thousand Crore was set as a revenue target for the Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TSRTC) for the current year, said the Chairman of TSRTC Somarapu Satyanarayana. He was conducting a performance review meeting here today along with the Managing Director GV Ramana Rao besides and Executive Directors, Regional Managers and Heads of Departments. 

Addressing the meeting, the Chairman said that as per the instructions of the CM KCR, the corporation was leaving no stone unturned to bring back into profits. “We are doing everything possible to get passenger goodwill improvement as well”, said the chairman. 

He further declared that the corporation has planned to buy 1575 news buses and 236 minibusses to serve better. He also said the RTC has planned to run 1150 special buses from all districts to operate for Krishna Pushkaralu. RTC has planned to pick up and drop the passengers from their destinations between Warangal and Hyderabad on an experimental basis.
