In yet another contribution, a Hyderabad-based French multinational company Pernod Ricard India today donated 100 units of High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC) machines as part of their Corporate Social Responsibility.
Chief Secretary Somesh Kumar received the HFNC machines at BRKR Bhavan today from Head of Corporate Affairs (South) and Sri Lanka Rajesh Parida. These HFNC machines are non-invasive ventilation (or) BiPap which is known to be a lifesaving emergency instrument for COVID patients who are sick and require high oxygen flow.
These machines will be placed at all important hospitals across the state, including, Gandhi, NIMS, King Koti, Chest, and TIMS said the MD TSMSIDC Chandrashekhar Reddy. Technical Advisor to Health department Dr Gangadhar was also present.
